Colin Clayton
Colin Clayton is one of the few people in
Australia to have achieved CHEK Practitioner Level 3 status.
Colin applies a unique holistic approach to healing the body. Originally trained in fine arts, he discovered the CHEK method of training after attending a CHEK seminar conducted by founder Paul Chek.
"In an hour and a half I was completely blown away, I had a total paradigm shift and realised this was part of the direction I wanted for myself and as a drive to bring CHEK to the fitness and
rehabilitation industries in Australia"
Colin believes that "applying seemingly simple principles we can start to influence the body’s functions
and help coach and guide clients back to a level of function and health."
Colin is an artist and healer and combines these skills with the CHEK approach to bring an intuitive and sometimes challenging perspective to the forefront of alternative health practice.
